This website was established to provide information about the resolution of a settlement involving members of the RCI Weeks Exchange Program. The lawsuit alleges that RCI rented certain timeshare inventory deposited by Weeks members rather than make that inventory available for exchange, in violation of consumer protection and other laws. RCI has denied any wrongdoing.
